- Responsible or navigating via "oilfield directions" safely to and from job sites

Wood is searching for a CDL Truck Driver with air brake and manual transmission working in Fort Myers, FL.
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
- Class A CDL with manual transmission endorsement
- Air brake endorsement
- Ability to load and unload equipment
- Manage oversize / overweight loads
- Ability to complete electronic logs in compliance with the FMCSA
- Ability to climb up and down off a trailer
- Knowledge on how to operate a detachable neck equipment trailer
- Must have load tie down experience using chains, boomers and straps
- Must be able to perform pre and post trip inspections in accordance with the FMCSA
- Able to climb in and out of the truck multiple times a day

Specific Expectations:
- Operate Limestone prep control boards and control consoles efficiently and safely, assuming responsibility for, and directing the startup and shutdown of auxiliary equipment as change in demand dictates.
- Operate assigned equipment per established procedures such that proper speeds, pressures, temperatures, flows and efficiencies are maintained.
- Take necessary action to adjust, correct, eliminate or report, any abnormal condition indicated by observation, alarm or annunciator and/or, by directing employees of lower classification as to the proper action to be taken.
- Perform light maintenance / assist mechanical maintenance techs as necessary.
- Perform the electrical system operations involved in the hold card procedures.
Wood is currently sourcing for a Commissioning Electrical General Foreman with extensive experience in Solar fields construction to join our team in Orla, Texas. You must be able to manage, supervise and coordinate an entire job dealing with all of the various crafts that are present on the job site. The management will include the technical, safety, and human relations aspects of employment. You must be capable of identifying safety problems and correcting them promptly.
