Wood is currently recruiting for an E&I Onshore Support Lead Engineer with extensive experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.   The position is based onshore in Equatorial Guinea, based within the onshore client facility providing support to the client offshore operations and maintenance activities.   The existing offshore facilities comprise of an FPSO, several fixed structures and several floating structures.  Subsea wells are tied back to the FPSO for processing, storage and offtake.  Subsea and dry tree wells are processed on the floating and fixed structures.  Stabilized crude is pumped from the fixed and floating structures to the FPSO for storage and offtake.   The position is rotational, working a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation.     The Electrical and Instrument Engineer is the in-country Asset focal point and technical authority for all electrical equipment, and in liaison with the Automation Engineer, all instrument equipment. The position is responsible for refining established, and creation of new, maintenance procedures to enable the offshore maintenance teams to perform effective maintenance on all electrical and instrumentation equipment. The position is required to provide engineering support from design through completion for minor modifications and be the focal point of any dialogue for major engineering projects, as part of the client’s Management of Change process. He/she is also the owner of performance standards, Electrical Safety Rules, high level maintenance strategies through FMEA, written schemes of examination and holds primary responsibility for all matters relating to electrical safety.   The roles and responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer include:   Prime Duties & Responsibilities;   - Provide electrical and instrumentation technical support for day to day activities, with practical assistance on the offshore assets as required; - Provide technical advice to Asset Management on all matters related to electrical and instrumentation equipment on the installations. Wood is looking for a full time Warehouse Analyst who will support Client's operated Eagle Ford warehouse team.     Location: Eagle ford Shale  Schedule: Mon-Fri; On-call expectations will primarily be remote during outside of office hours and over weekends. No Rotation; No man-camp or lodging provided. Ideal must live within 50 miles of site or 45 minute drive Other: Company Truck+ Gas Card; Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K+ Company Match and more; All offers of employment subject to passing of drug & alcohol screening   Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage all warehouse activities involving storage, use and distribution of maintained materials. - Ensure environmental, health, safety and security practices are followed at all times. - Evaluate storage requirements for materials in the warehouse, and ensure they are stored properly. - Manage material receiving, issuing and warehouse processes associated with the storage and management of warehouse materials. - Ensure all materials received or issued have appropriate documentation and are processed accordingly. - Conduct SAP inventory transactions for material movements and for reporting accurate inventory. - Manage building and yard maintenance activities. - Maintain accurate records of inventory, consumable and facility levels and ensure that the warehouse is well-stocked with necessary supplies - Contribute to the improvement of warehouse and inventory management procedures - Collaborate with MRO vendors to ensure that all necessary supplies are purchased in a timely and cost-effective manner - Analyze data related to warehouse operations, identify trends, and recommend improvements - Work with field disciplines to forecast demand for inventory and establish appropriate replenishment workflows to ensure demand is met.  - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that warehouse operations are aligned with needs of the business. - Conduct periodic audits of inventory to ensure accuracy, update systems and identify discrepancies - Manage and train warehouse staff as needed
