Myers   Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.   The Fabrication Shop Foreman will direct, monitor, and administer operations of assigned work crews and ensure quality of workmanship.  - Responsible for planning, integration and execution of fabrication and rigging activities, ensuring alignment with scope, method statements and procedures   - Acts as an interface between the Piping Designer, Construction Supervisor, and the Fabricators to review, distribute and address issues regarding IFC drawings - Perform fabrication assurance surveillances and complete relevant documentation. - Lead and directly supervise Fabricators, Fitters and Riggers engaged in activities related to various projects being executed both in the Fab Shop and on the client’s facilities.    - Actively participate in team meetings and provide recommendations on areas for improvements. - Optimize resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works. - Demonstrate good organizational skills; follow policies, procedures, and work practices, and develop improvements where necessary.   - Read, interpret, and follow method statements and procedures. - Complete all relevant documentation inclusive but not limited to daily reports and Fabrication checklist and provide inputs for schedule updates and fabrication trackers for all work performed under their supervision. - Command respect of the workforce and develop excellent working relationships with all other department personnel as well as client management.   - Liaise with other discipline foremen to ensure the optimum coordination of activities and utilization of available resources, with the overall objective of successful completion of the project. - Support in the review of resumes of new personnel assigned to ensure they are adequately qualified.   - Ensure new crew members are suitably trained, qualified, and instructed on the project work scope and quality requirements. - Ensure all necessary temporary equipment is maintained in a current operable and calibrated condition, and work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment, and materials.    - Prevent wastage and/or misuse of equipment, materials, and tools.   - Supervise work crews to best utilize manpower and materials, exercises discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and inefficiencies. - Ensure consumable control requirements are closely followed. - Ensure the monitoring, witness and inspection requirements of the Quality Control Inspection plan are followed and required documents are completed. - Familiarity with all Company QA/QC and safety procedures / regulations and strictly enforces them with the workforce under his responsibility. - Perform all other related job functions as required.

If you are open to relocating or have your own travel trailer, please confirm this in your resume.    Other: Additional benefits of this role include a company truck with a gas card, comprehensive benefits package (including PTO/vacation, medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, and more),   Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required   Key Responsibilities:    - Maintenance and Repair on all electrically driven equipment in the facilities and Platform - Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems - Maintenance and Repair on all Generators; - Maintain and repair instrumentation and control systems including PLCs, DCS, HMI, SCADA, and other field instrumentation equipment - Installation, Maintenance and Repair to all air conditioning units; - Calibration and Maintenance of Plant and Platform instrumentation; - Breakdown and repair work to Power Plants switchgear; - Maintain and repair all commercial domestic equipment; - Repair and maintenance on heavy plant and other equipment; - Troubleshoot and diagnose instrumentation and control systems to determine the root cause of issues - Maintenance and repair to Gas Analysis equipment. - Carries out maintenance, repairs, calibration, programming and troubleshooting of all PLC, DCS, Fire and Gas systems (hardware and software) associated with controlling facilities. - Maintains communications protocols for the various networks and hardware for human-machine interfaces (HMI). - Loads and configures software on microprocessors and computerized systems. - Organizes and maintains backup copies of the facility’s PLCs and programmable equipment. - Tests, calibrates, troubleshoots, and repairs various flow, level, pressure and temperature transmitters and their associated control valves. - Organizes and directs daily work for assigned Trainees. - Carries out routine and planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. - Carries out maintenance and repairs to turbine control systems -  Carries out work on all instrumentation and electrical equipment in a safe and cost-effective manner under a “Permit to Work” system. - Identifies and obtains required spare parts from the onsite warehouse inventory. - Responds to operational breakdowns on a 24-hour basis. - Recommends all remedial actions necessary to prevent possible recurrence. - Complies with all corporate policies and fully participates in the STOP program (Safety Training Observation Program). - Reviews and become familiar with the Client’s equipment and maintenance procedures; - Reviews from a maintenance perspective and comment on the B3 design documentation; - Participates on PHA, operability, maintainability, reliability, and LOPA/SIL review teams; - Monitors topsides fabrication progress to assure maintainability issues are identified and addressed and to witness commissioning activities; - Participates in package training classes and learn equipment maintenance requirements and procedures; -  Assist in developing PMRs and training materials for the B3 facility. - Provides maintenance support to the commissioning and start up team - Work collaboratively with other technicians and engineers to optimize the performance of the oilfield
